Job Summary

This role involves the technical management of electrical and network technology projects for the City of Kaarst's Building Management department. As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will handle the planning and construction management of maintenance, renovation, and new construction projects across all HOAI service phases (1-9). Your day-to-day will involve acting as the client representative for external engineering firms, conducting cost estimations, and ensuring operational safety and traffic safety obligations for electrical systems. You will also play a key role in developing building automation systems (GLT), energy management, and CAFM systems. Required Skills

  • Experience in applying technical regulations including BauO NRW and VDE standards
  • Experience in independent and systematic project execution
