Job Summary

As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and evaluating reclamation-related processes, ensuring high standards across all operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve meticulously handling complaint processes using the 8D method, documenting findings in detailed 8D reports, and proactively initiating root cause analyses to prevent future RMA and production issues. You will collaborate closely with various departments and conduct initial assessments of returned complaint devices. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in complaint management or quality management
  • Experience in creating 8D reports, including developing appropriate corrective actions
  • Knowledge of fault analysis methods (8D method, 5Why, Ishikawa, etc.)
