Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for internal departments, providing both First and Second-Level support via phone and written communication. Your daily responsibilities include managing incidents by recording, prioritizing, and resolving tickets according to ITIL standards. You will troubleshoot issues within SAP (SD/MM modules), Microsoft Business Central, and MS Office environments while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base. Beyond troubleshooting, you will play a key role in quality assurance by conducting and documenting systematic tests for IT projects, monitoring technical processes, and leading user training sessions. This role is ideal for a structured, solution-oriented professional who enjoys teamwork and is eager to dive deep into complex systems.
