Job Summary
As an IT Helpdesk Specialist at Küchen Aktuell's headquarters in Braunschweig, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support within Germany's leading kitchen specialist. Your daily responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, and resolving technical inquiries and incidents via a ticketing system and telephone. You will handle straightforward issues independently—sometimes on-site—and escalate complex cases to 2nd-level support. Beyond troubleshooting, you will document solutions and have the opportunity to specialize in areas such as Client Management, Server Administration (Linux/Windows), or Networking. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker), a degree in (Business) Informatics, or equivalent practical IT qualifications.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or helpdesk environments is preferred.
- Experience with Windows Desktop environments and Microsoft Office applications.
- Initial experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems is advantageous.
- Open to ambitious career starters with relevant technical knowledge.
