Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the 'Face of IT' and the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues across the Lab14 Group. Your daily responsibilities include accepting, analyzing, and resolving user support requests within a ticket system, managing user rights, and maintaining end-user hardware. You will work closely with the broader IT team to troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems and administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments. This role is ideal for a communicative professional who enjoys high-tech environments and wants to contribute to active IT projects and process improvements.
