Job Summary
This role involves leading the in-house control cabinet construction department, where you will oversee the conceptual design, component selection, and creation of precise circuit diagrams using E-Plan. You will be responsible for technical safety verifications and calculations using tools like SISTEMA or Simaris, while managing material lists within the ERP system. Beyond technical execution, you will play a pivotal role in personnel development by onboarding new employees and mentoring students and apprentices. As a Team Lead, you will support departmental management in organizing, planning, and controlling the ET-CAD group, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and project success. This position is ideal for an experienced electrical professional looking to expand their leadership capabilities in a stable, permanent role with flexible working hours and modern facilities.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in Technical System Planning, Power Plant Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in control cabinet planning and construction
- Proven experience in electrical CAD design and E-Plan applications
- Initial leadership experience with a desire to further develop management competencies
- Experience in safety evaluations and calculations for electrical systems
- Experience in training or mentoring apprentices and students
- Professional background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
