Job Summary

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for 1st and 2nd level support, managing hardware and software issues through a structured ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities include administering Active Directory, managing mobile devices (MDM), and maintaining network infrastructure. You will also play a critical role in data security by overseeing backup and recovery processes, firewalls, and VPN access. Beyond technical troubleshooting, you will conduct employee training sessions to promote secure IT practices. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a university degree with a technical focus.
Experience
- Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support is required
- Experience working within a medium-sized corporate environment is preferred
- Practical experience in Active Directory administration and network maintenance
- Experience in managing IT security systems including firewalls and VPNs
- Proven track record in hardware and software troubleshooting and asset management
