Job Summary

This role involves co-leading the global Operational Technology (OT) Security domain within the Digitalization Team for an international automotive supplier. You will be responsible for ensuring the security of industrial control systems and manufacturing networks across global production sites. Day-to-day, you will coordinate NIS2 implementation, define global OT security standards, and manage firewall segmentation and secure remote access policies. You will serve as a critical bridge between Corporate IT and shop-floor operations, evaluating cybersecurity risks and ensuring that industrial data platforms are securely integrated. The position is highly collaborative, requiring you to train automation teams and manage documentation for audits. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Automation Technology, Industrial IT, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in OT/IT integration, industrial networking, or cybersecurity
  • Professional experience with network architectures including VLANs and firewall segmentation
  • Experience with industrial communication protocols and digital shopfloor solutions
  • Proven track record in managing cybersecurity documentation and audit readiness
  • Experience collaborating across IT, production, and external engineering partners
