This role involves the comprehensive management and administration of specialized business applications and the organization's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system. As a key member of the IT department, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between internal departments and external service providers, ensuring seamless software operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and maintaining software, handling IT procurement and contract management, and providing both remote and on-site First and Second Level support to users.
