As a Digital Transformation Manager for the District Administration, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing public services. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and implementing digitization projects, with a specific focus on Document Management Systems (DMS) and the Online Access Act (OZG). You will act as a vital bridge between administration, IT departments, and external service providers, ensuring project milestones are met and technical requirements are coordinated. Additionally, you will manage digital service accounts and empower staff through workshops, training, and help desk support. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Arts in Public Management, Diploma in Public Administration, or qualification as a Certified Administrative Manager (Verwaltungsfachwirt).
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration or a comparable field
- Experience in managing or supporting digitalization projects
- Proven track record in coordinating between technical and administrative departments
- Experience with digital tools and interest in emerging technologies
- Experience in independent task management and interdisciplinary teamwork
