The Institute for CMOS Design at the Technical University of Braunschweig is seeking a dedicated Financial Administrator to manage the financial operations of various national and international research projects. In this role, you will be responsible for financial accounting and controlling using SAP/R3, managing funds from major institutions like the DFG, BMFTR, and the EU, and ensuring compliance with specific funding guidelines. Your day-to-day will involve creating budget overviews in Excel, processing invoices, and preparing annual financial statements. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable financial or administrative position
  • Professional experience in managing third-party research funds and grants
  • Proven experience in financial accounting and controlling within a public law or university setting
  • Extensive experience using SAP and Windows-based office software
