Job Summary
As an IT Demand Manager, you will serve as the critical bridge between business departments and the central Group IT. Your daily responsibilities involve capturing, analyzing, and structuring business needs, then translating them into clear, actionable IT concepts and testable requirements. You will act as a consultant to various departments regarding IT solutions and processes, ensuring that the Group IT service provider delivers according to business expectations. This role is central to optimizing IT tools and workflows for an Internet Service Provider (ISP). The position is particularly attractive due to its hybrid work model, flexible home office options, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic team with short decision-making paths. You will use modern project management methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence to document projects and maintain transparency across the IT project lifecycle.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Management, Demand Management, or a comparable field.
Experience
- 1–2 years of professional experience in IT demand management, requirements management, or IT project management
- Professional experience in requirements analysis and IT interface management
- Practical experience using JIRA, Confluence, or Azure tools
- Experience working as a liaison between business units and IT service providers
