This role involves the independent management and execution of construction projects within the building services sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various trades, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and supporting technical planning and solution development. Your daily tasks include preparing and reviewing offers, managing invoices, and conducting on-site surveys and measurements. A key focus of the position is ensuring that all projects meet strict deadlines, cost targets, and quality standards. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training, further education (Technician), or a degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in project management, construction management, or technical planning
- Experience in managing building services engineering projects (HVAC/TGA)
- Proven track record in coordinating subcontractors and multi-trade construction sites
- Experience in preparing technical offers and financial invoicing

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position is full-time and permanent. Flexibility for on-site visits required, though majority of work can be performed from home.
