Job Summary

As a Molecular Biologist in Wels, you will play a pivotal role in the molecular medicine team by overseeing and evaluating analytical methods and clinical results. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve identifying and establishing new diagnostic methods, conducting extensive literature research, and training staff on technical implementations. You will be responsible for the technical validation and reporting of laboratory findings, ensuring they are integrated accurately into clinical reports. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Molecular Medicine, Molecular Biology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • Practical experience in molecular biological diagnostics
  • Experience working with ISO 9001 and ISO 15189 quality standards
  • Professional experience in establishing and validating new analytical methods
  • Experience in technical reporting and clinical data interpretation
  • Proven ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and manage self-organized tasks
