Job Summary

As a Laboratory Operations Support professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely provision of laboratory materials, buffers, and media essential for production and research processes. Your daily responsibilities will include executing precise preparation steps such as weighing, filtration, mixing, sampling, pH adjustment, and labeling. You will also manage CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) processes for stainless steel tanks and handle the logistical transfer of solutions to requesting departments. A major component of the role involves maintaining GDP-compliant documentation and managing inventory through IMS workstreams. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a structured environment with early shifts (06:00 to 14:30) and enjoy a service-oriented role that directly impacts the efficiency and quality of pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing. You will also be responsible for training colleagues on specialized laboratory software systems.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (Chemielaborant) or a related scientific/technical qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in buffer and media preparation
  • Extensive experience in laboratory equipment preparation
  • Proven experience in GDP-compliant documentation and document review
  • Professional experience in training employees on specialized software systems
  • Experience in inventory management for prepared solutions

Additional

  • Must be able to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with a fixed shift from Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:30.
