Job Summary
As an IT Systems Manager at STIEBEL ELTRON, you will play a pivotal role in driving the energy transition by managing and evolving the company's IT infrastructure within a Microsoft-based environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support, managing software updates, cloud telephony, and mobile devices, and overseeing the procurement of hardware and software. Beyond technical maintenance, you will be responsible for IT invoice verification, cost optimization, and coordinating with external service providers for IT and building management. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical IT training (Apprenticeship, HTL) or equivalent professional experience; Master Craftsman Certificate in Information Technology (Informationstechnikermeister/in) preferred.

- Professional experience in IT support and systems administration
- Experience in coordinating and organizing with external IT service providers
- Practical experience in managing hardware and software procurement and invoice auditing
