As a (Junior) Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in the general renovation of the Hagen-Hamm rail corridor, working for DB InfraGO AG in Duisburg. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating cross-functional planning services and project stakeholders to modernize and maintain Germany's rail infrastructure. You will be responsible for coordinating approvals according to German rail regulations (VV-BAU STE, EIGV), managing tenders via iTWO, and ensuring that costs, deadlines, and quality standards are met. When project goals are at risk, you will develop mitigation scenarios and counter-steering measures. Required Skills

Education

  • Practical knowledge of coordinating cross-functional planning and project stakeholders
  • Experience in preparing high-quality tender documents and managing construction site interfaces
