Job Summary

As an OT Cyber Security Engineer at Siemens Mobility, you will be a key expert responsible for the end-to-end product and solution security process for rolling stock (trains). Your day-to-day work involves conducting high-level risk assessments during the bidding phase, designing security architectures for rail vehicles and subsystems, and collaborating with project teams to implement robust security concepts. You will lead threat and risk analyses, define countermeasures, and perform verification activities such as penetration testing and 'friendly hacking' to ensure customer expectations are met. This role is unique as it bridges the gap between traditional IT security and industrial operational technology (OT) in the rail industry, requiring you to navigate international security standards and engage directly with customers and suppliers.
