Job Summary
As an IT Project & Vendor Manager at Stadtwerke IT & Service GmbH & Co.KG (SWITS), you will act as a central solution designer for six regional municipal utilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve serving as the single point of contact for ERP software partners, managing service level agreements (SLAs), and coordinating knowledge transfer. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of IT initiatives focused on energy industry core processes such as market communication, billing, and renewable energy (EEG) systems. This role requires active stakeholder management to bridge the gap between customers, IT teams, and specialist departments. You will lead system transformations from the planning phase through testing to successful implementation.
