Job Summary
As a Technical Order Manager specializing in repair and spare parts management, you will play a central role in steering and coordinating technical maintenance processes in Bremen. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and tracking work schedules, ensuring that cost, quality, and deadline targets are met. You will act as a key interface between internal departments such as production, scheduling, and project management, while also managing communication with external suppliers and service providers. A significant portion of the role involves maintaining order data and documentation within SAP and monitoring progress to initiate corrective actions when deviations occur. This position is ideal for professionals with a technical background in electronics who enjoy process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training, ideally in the field of electronics or a comparable technical discipline, supplemented by commercial knowledge.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a technical or industrial environment
- Proven experience in order control or technical coordination
- Practical experience using SAP systems, ideally within the Customer Service (CS) module
- Experience in managing internal interfaces and external service providers

- The position is a full-time role (40 hours per week) based in Bremen. It is offered as a permanent contract through a personnel service provider under the GVP collective agreement (Pay Group 4).
