Job Summary
As a Master Technician and Team Lead at the Deutsche Bundesbank in Frankfurt, you will oversee the technical management of a dedicated team of five electrical specialists. Your daily responsibilities involve ensuring the safe, economical, and energy-efficient operation of complex building technology systems, including security and conveyor equipment. You will manage an in-house electrical workshop, implement occupational safety standards, and oversee inspections according to DGUV, VDE, and DIN regulations. Beyond internal operations, you will coordinate external contractors and provide expert technical advice during construction and renovation projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys a mix of technical oversight and project coordination. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Master Electrician (Elektrotechnikermeister), Industrial Master in Mechatronics, or State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
Experience
- Professional experience in the operation and maintenance of complex technical building systems
- Experience in technical team leadership and personnel management
- Practical experience in conducting inspections according to VDE, DIN, and DGUV standards
- Experience in coordinating and supervising external service providers and contractors
- Experience participating in construction or renovation projects as a technical consultant

- Must be willing to undergo continuous professional training and assume the role of Deputy Qualified Electrician (stellvertretende Elektrofachkraft). Location is restricted to Frankfurt am Main.
