Day-to-day, you will guide individuals through complex administrative procedures, including residence and asylum law, the recognition of foreign professional qualifications, and the search for employment or education. You will also serve as a vital resource for integration into local life, assisting with housing, childcare, and language acquisition while conducting public relations and networking activities. The position is ideal for those with strong intercultural skills and a background in public administration or social sciences. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or University of Applied Sciences Diploma (Diplom FH) in Public Administration, Law, Social Sciences, Economics, Cultural Studies, or a related field with a focus on the relevant field of activity.

Experience

  • Professional experience in migration work or social integration is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in advisory services and counseling
  • Experience in public administration, law, or social sciences through academic or professional background

Additional

  • Driving license (Class B) is desirable. Location: Lübben (training takes place in Königs Wusterhausen). Permanent contract with 39 hours per week (part-time possible).
