Job Summary
This role involves the technical administration and maintenance of the IT infrastructure for the National Park Association Municipality of Herrstein-Rhaunen. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of server systems, user administration, and the configuration of active network components such as switches and firewalls. You will handle the installation of hardware and software and provide essential first and second-level support to users. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT Systems Integration and possesses deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and client environments, virtualization, and terminal server systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in server, network, and firewall administration
- Proven experience managing Microsoft Windows Server and client system environments
- Practical experience with virtualization systems and terminal server environments
- Experience in managing mail and database systems
- Experience providing technical user support (1st and 2nd level)
