Job Summary

This role involves leading specialized projects for the planning and implementation of a new direct reduction plant, including all auxiliary trades. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining technical specifications, functional processes, and scopes of delivery and services, while ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget control. Key areas of focus include medium/low voltage power supply, drive systems, automation/control system technology, lighting, grounding, lightning protection, measurement/control technology, and high-current technology for melting furnaces. The position requires developing concepts, elaborating technical solutions, and designing components and plant parts, as well as creating specifications, service catalogs, calculations, and schedules. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for liaising with other trades, departments, clients, suppliers, and overall project management. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Automation Technology, or a similar field; or Master/Technician qualification with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional and project experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the metal or chemical industry
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in project planning and implementation (for Master/Technician qualification)
