As a Project Manager based in Markt Indersdorf, north of Munich, you will take full responsibility for the independent planning and management of medium to large-scale construction projects. Your daily activities will revolve around leading project teams through all HOAI service phases, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, and coordinating between internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree with a focus on Energy and Building Technology / Supply Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience within an engineering firm specifically in the building services sector
- Proven experience in project management and the leadership of project teams
- Extensive experience managing all service phases of the HOAI
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex technical construction projects and communicating with diverse project participants
