Job Summary
This role involves leading and managing electrical engineering projects for the municipal utility company in Delmenhorst, focusing on the energy transition and sustainable solutions. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle (HOAI phases 1–9), including concept design, planning, tendering, and construction supervision. Key technical areas include low-voltage systems, automation, and energy technology. You will manage costs, handle supplementary claims, and ensure CE conformity for new plants under the Machinery Directive. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering (University/FH), State-certified Technician, or Master Craftsman (Meister) in a relevant field. Completed vocational training in Electrical or I&C technology is desirable.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering and project management
- Experience in processing complex planning tasks within multidisciplinary project teams
- Professional experience in low-voltage, automation, or energy technology
- Experience with HOAI service phases and cost control
