Job Summary
This role involves supporting the IT infrastructure for Greifswald's largest municipal housing company, managing approximately 17,700 administrative units. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day system administration, focusing heavily on database management and ERP systems. Your tasks include developing IT concepts for data security and digitalization, managing user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Azure, and executing IT projects through a ticket-based system. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational training in IT and possesses a broad technical background in Windows environments and cloud services. This position is particularly attractive due to its 37-hour work week under a flexible gliding-time model, collective bargaining agreement pay including holiday and Christmas bonuses, and the stability of working for a major public-sector housing entity. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field or an equivalent educational degree.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the IT sector is preferred
- Detailed experience in ERP projects and the implementation of ERP systems is desirable
- Experience with systems in the health and care sector is considered an advantage
- Proven experience in independent task management using ticket systems
- Practical experience with MS Exchange and Office applications
