Job Summary
This role involves delivering specialized technical training focused on high-voltage technology in accordance with DGUV standards for internal staff, external partners, and customers. As a Technical Trainer, you will conduct training sessions, analyze customer needs, and develop innovative qualification programs for automotive and high-voltage technology. The position requires a hands-on approach to preparing training environments and conducting 'Train-the-Trainer' workshops. A unique aspect of this role is the working schedule: you will work in intensive 6-to-8-day training blocks that include weekends, followed by full compensatory time off. This position is ideal for an expert in automotive electronics who enjoys travel and group instruction. The role is initially offered as a two-year fixed-term contract.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in Automotive Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification. Trainer Aptitude Certification (AEVO) is advantageous.
Experience
- Professional experience in automotive technology, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
- Certified Qualified Electrician according to DGUV or High-Voltage Qualification 3S/3E (DGUV I 209-093)
- Previous experience as a technical trainer or instructor is preferred
- Experience in leading and managing groups in a learning environment
- Professional experience in automotive electronics and high-voltage systems

- National travel readiness exceeding 75% is required. Must be willing to work 6-8 day shifts including weekends. Valid work permit for Germany required. Two-year fixed-term contract.
