Job Summary

As a Team Lead for the new Data & AI Delivery Center in Zagreb, you will be instrumental in building and shaping a growing team of consultants. This multifaceted role combines operational leadership with hands-on technical contribution, requiring you to spend approximately four days per week on active client projects in data science or data engineering. You will act as a vital bridge between the Croatian operations and international teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Beyond project delivery, you will oversee resource efficiency, mentor staff, and support recruitment and employer branding efforts to establish a strong local presence. This is a unique opportunity to lead the first fully integrated Croatian team for a top European Data & AI consulting boutique, working on cutting-edge Agentic AI projects from conception to production while driving digital sovereignty across the continent.
