Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues directly at the user's workstation. Your daily tasks will involve hands-on troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of hardware and software problems, ensuring seamless IT operations. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, as well as performing rapid fault analysis and repair. You'll collaborate closely with 2nd Level Support and other IT teams, documenting solutions, creating user guides, and actively participating in IT projects and rollouts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong IT background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for direct user interaction in a dynamic environment, offering continuous learning and career growth.
