Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineering Technician in Offenburg, you will play a critical role in the maintenance and repair of complex motor systems. Your daily responsibilities include conducting detailed fault and root-cause analyses using electrical and mechanical measurements, such as vibration analysis and insulation testing. You will be tasked with the disassembly, mechanical repair, and electrical rewinding of DC, AC, and servo motors ranging from 0.5 to 2,000 KW. The role involves both workshop-based tasks and occasional on-site customer service for maintenance and preventive measures. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Machines and Drive Technology, Electrical Installer, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the disassembly and assembly of electrical motors (0.5 to 2,000 KW)
  • Experience in production or production planning is desirable
  • Proven experience in electrical and mechanical testing and measurement
  • Experience in mechanical repair, including bearing replacement and dimensional accuracy checks
