As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at Knauf, you will lead a team of approximately 10 maintenance professionals in a 3-shift operation at the Rottleberode facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve organizing and executing electrical maintenance tasks, troubleshooting system failures, and documenting all technical measures. You will act as a key coordinator for external service providers and play a vital role in process optimization. A significant portion of your role focuses on ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards within the electrical workshop and production environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician (or equivalent) supplemented by a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) qualification in Electrical Engineering.

- Practical experience in troubleshooting and optimizing automated production systems
