Job Summary

As a UX, Digital Experience & CMS Specialist at Allianz, you will be a key driver in optimizing Germany's most visible insurance website. This 1.5-year parental leave cover involves managing content components and templates within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and leading the strategic evolution of user flows. You will act as a central interface between UX design, editorial teams, and developers, ensuring all digital assets are data-driven and compliant with accessibility standards (BFSG). A major highlight of this role is contributing to the 2026/2027 migration to a new design system based on web components and integrating AI-supported UX workflows. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Media Informatics, Communication Design, Psychology, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in UX Management, Digital Experience, or a comparable position
  • Extensive experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar enterprise-level CMS
  • Proven track record in the conception and evaluation of A/B tests and data-based optimization
  • Professional experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams and managing large-scale digital projects
  • Experience in applying future technologies such as Artificial Intelligence for data analysis
