Job Summary
As an IT Specialist for AI and Automation at KÖTTER Services, you will bridge the gap between process analysis and technical implementation. Your primary focus is to identify high-impact use cases within the company's business processes and transform them into productive solutions using AI, RPA, or workflow automation. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these projects—from initial economic evaluation and prototyping to full-scale deployment and API integration. This role is highly strategic, requiring you to develop an AI roadmap in alignment with IT and executive management while ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and economically viable. You will build AI-supported workflows, chatbots, and automated data processing systems. This position is ideal for a 'doer' who enjoys working on practical, value-driven technology rather than theoretical concepts, offering significant creative freedom within a large, established service group.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business, IT, Digitalization, or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in transformation, process, or digitalization projects
- Proven experience in the structured analysis of business processes and identifying pain points
- Practical experience in implementing or prototyping AI and automation solutions
- Experience in managing internal stakeholders and external partners
- Professional background in evaluating the economic impact and business cases for technical solutions
