Job Summary
As a Product / Service Technician, you will be the hands-on technical heart of a company specializing in travel vehicle systems. Working from the workshop, you will perform systematic fault diagnosis, testing, and repairs on technical products and returns. This role bridges the gap between manual craftsmanship and technical administration, as you will handle warranty claims with manufacturers, provide technical customer support, and maintain firmware and software documentation. You will collaborate closely with a remote-first team to improve quality standards and develop new testing procedures. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in a technical field such as Mechatronics, Electronics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in a workshop or technical service environment
- Experience in systematic problem-solving and technical product analysis
- Experience in handling warranty and guarantee claims with manufacturers
- Experience in technical customer communication (written and verbal)
- Experience working with modern digital tools and remote collaboration systems
