Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the electrical field (e.g., Electronics Technician or equivalent).
Experience
- Professional experience in the electrotechnical field

- Proven experience in operational management and team motivation
- Experience in creating and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets
