Job Summary
As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support at the Meschede location, handling 1st and 2nd level service requests via telephone, ticket systems, and remote maintenance. Your daily responsibilities involve troubleshooting Windows workstations, managing client hardware from major vendors like HP and Dell, and performing administration tasks within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments. You will also conduct occasional on-site customer visits roughly once per week. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Computer Science (Fachinformatiker), Information Technology Assistant, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support is preferred
- Experience in administration of Windows client and server environments
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Tenant administration and hybrid setups
- Experience in hardware maintenance and warranty processing for enterprise vendors
- Proven track record in customer-oriented service and telephone support
