Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Craftsman (Meister) in a relevant trade
- Initial experience in personnel management and leadership
- Proven experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary trade teams
- Experience in project monitoring and operational controlling
- Professional background in facility management or real estate maintenance
