This role involves overseeing the execution of construction projects for drinking water supply facilities, ensuring that quality, cost, and schedule targets are strictly met. As a Civil Engineering Technician, you will act as the representative for the client, managing correspondence, maintaining construction diaries, and coordinating with authorities for official approvals. Day-to-day responsibilities include measuring construction performance with contractors, auditing invoices, and contributing to the planning and tendering phases of infrastructure projects. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in civil engineering or construction management
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering, structural engineering, or pipeline construction is highly desirable
  • Experience in managing external contractors and representing client interests
  • Professional experience in maintaining construction documentation and diaries
