Job Summary

This role involves working at a state-of-the-art technology center in Schierling, focusing on the assembly and production of high-voltage battery systems for the international automotive industry. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the assembly of battery modules, cell components, and electronic assemblies on a highly automated production line. A significant portion of the work involves operating and monitoring robotics and manufacturing equipment, as well as conducting critical quality, leak, and functional tests on battery systems. You will also be tasked with documenting all production steps digitally and contributing to process optimization. This position is particularly attractive due to its highly competitive wage structure, starting at €21.18/hour and increasing significantly over 15 months, combined with the opportunity to work with cutting-edge automotive technology in a permanent full-time capacity.
