Job Summary
This leadership position involves managing the Planning and Construction department for the Municipality of Hutthurm, overseeing a team of four and managing budgets and personnel. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will be responsible for technical facilities including the municipal yard, sewage treatment plant, and water supply. Key tasks include handling complex administrative and technical duties such as contract management (specifically for engineering and architectural services), urban development planning, and coordinating civil and structural engineering projects as the client representative. The role is highly collaborative, requiring close work with external planning offices, specialized engineers, and municipal committees. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Dipl.-Ing. FH / Bachelor) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field; OR qualification as a Diploma in Public Administration (FH) / Civil Service 3rd Qualification Level; OR Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/in / BL II).
Experience
- Professional experience in leadership and personnel management
