Job Summary
This role is based within the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Human Sciences at a technical university in Senftenberg. You will be responsible for the strategic development and management of study programs, ensuring they meet profile requirements, demand, and legal standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing existing courses, drafting and updating study and examination regulations (SPO), and coordinating teaching and examination schedules. You will also manage accreditation processes and evaluate course success through data analysis. Beyond curriculum management, the role involves administering module databases, analyzing teaching workloads, and supporting faculty recruitment and habilitation processes. Required Skills
Education
University Master's degree or Diploma in Economics, Administrative Sciences, Educational Sciences, or a comparably suitable field of study.
