Job Summary
This leadership role involves taking full operational responsibility for the Controlling and Fees department within the Waste Management Operations of the Hohenlohe district. As the department head, you will oversee the implementation and monitoring of guidelines and processes, while leading personnel planning and development for team leads. Your daily tasks will include managing internal reporting, coordinating fee calculations, and preparing business plans. A significant portion of the role involves SAP implementation management and acting as a Key User for TRAS systems. You will also coordinate with the Dual Systems Germany (DSD) and manage cost-performance accounting. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Public Management (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt or Bachelor of Arts), or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Controlling and Accounting.
Experience
- Professional experience in finance, controlling, and accounting
- Experience in leadership, personnel planning, and staff development
- Experience in evaluating economic data and profitability calculations
- Experience dealing with banks, tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities is preferred
- Practical experience with SAP systems and implementation management
