Job Summary

This role involves joining a dynamic team in a central control room to ensure the smooth and low-interference operation of state-of-the-art renewable energy plants. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the remote monitoring of medium and high-voltage networks, electrical storage systems, and wind/PV energy plants. You will perform systemic initial analysis during malfunctions, initiate troubleshooting measures, and coordinate switching operations in remote-controlled networks. A key part of the position is managing service providers and analyzing operational data to improve system performance. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., Electronics Technician, Industrial Electrician). Qualification as a Qualified Electrician (Elektrofachkraft) is required, ideally with switching authorization.

Experience

  • Professional experience as an Electronics Technician, Industrial Electrician, or Wind Energy Service Technician
  • Experience in remote monitoring of electrical networks and renewable energy systems
  • Proven experience in coordinating and performing switching operations
  • Experience in managing external service providers for maintenance and repairs
  • Experience with technical data analysis and software-based system maintenance

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Must be willing to work in a two-shift system. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential. High level of responsibility required for managing critical infrastructure.
