As a Customs Specialist at Dobler Metallbau, you will play a critical role in managing the international trade operations for a leading facade construction group. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve the independent preparation and processing of import and export declarations using the ATLAS system, classifying goods according to customs tariffs, and verifying certificates of origin and preference. You will act as a key point of contact for customs authorities and freight forwarders while ensuring strict compliance with foreign trade laws. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training, ideally as a Management Assistant for Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services or a similar commercial qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in customs processing and clearance
- Proven experience working with the ATLAS customs software
- Professional background in freight forwarding or logistics services
- Experience in communicating with customs authorities and internal departments
