This role is based at the Institute for Knowledge Transfer and Digital Transformation (IWD) at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences. As a Research Associate, you will contribute to the third-party funded project 'Arrive – Enable – Connect Plus,' which focuses on enhancing the academic success of women through digital innovation. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the conception and development of digital applications for the 'Digital Campus' and the university's mobile app to boost student motivation and networking. You will also be responsible for scientific reporting, presenting project results at academic events, and managing internal public relations. This position is ideal for someone passionate about higher education reform and digital competencies. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Media Informatics or a related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in software development specifically related to academic success and student motivation

- Proven experience in scientific work, including the preparation and presentation of project results
- Experience working with heterogeneous student groups
- Practical experience in project management and documentation
