Job Summary

As a SharePoint Application Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in the digital modernization of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Working within the Collaboration Enterprise Content Management Frontend department, you will lead an agile development team focused on delivering document and content management systems. Your daily responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, translating them into actionable user stories, and managing the product backlog. You will act as the primary interface between internal and external stakeholders, conducting sprint planning, reviews, and refinements. This role is unique for its contribution to national security and the scale of the IT infrastructure involved. The position offers a high degree of flexibility with mobile working options and a focus on long-term lifecycle management for on-premise Microsoft SharePoint and Nintex solutions within a stable, public-sector-adjacent environment.
