Job Summary
As an IT Helpdesk Specialist at the 'Automeile' in Wolfsburg, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal employees facing technical challenges. Your daily activities will involve accepting and processing support requests via telephone, email, and a dedicated ticketing system. You will be responsible for the initial analysis and resolution of typical user problems related to workstations, applications, and access rights. For more complex technical issues, you will coordinate with specialized colleagues within the IT team. Beyond troubleshooting, you will play a key role in setting up workstations and configuring end-user devices. This position is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy direct user interaction and structured problem-solving. Required Skills
Education
