Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive management of large-scale projects within energy and building technology for a medium-sized family-owned craft business. On a day-to-day basis, you will lead teams, consult with clients, prepare offers, and handle project calculations. You will be responsible for technical planning, including the processing of drawings using specialized CAD software, while ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The position serves as the primary technical contact for clients and subcontractors. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman certificate (Meisterbrief) in the electrical trade or a university degree in Electrical Engineering.

- Experience in managing large-scale projects in energy and building technology
- Proven track record in team leadership and responsibility management
- Experience in negotiating and awarding subcontractor services
- Professional experience in planning and executing electrical craft projects
