Job Summary

As a Citrix Support Specialist for an international patent law firm in Munich, you will be primarily responsible for error analysis and problem resolution within a Citrix AHP environment. Your day-to-day activities will include managing Exchange Server and Active Directory issues, creating and maintaining detailed IT documentation, and building a comprehensive knowledge base of support cases and solutions. Beyond troubleshooting, you will actively participate in the design and implementation of new IT environments and provide general IT administration support.
